Classic French Cuisine Defines the Menu at Gregory’s Bistro in McKinney

The story of Gregory's Bistro is actually a love story. It begins with Gregory himself growing up in France. He was so enthralled by the art of cooking that he began culinary school at the age of 15, and he went on to cook all over Paris and England before coming to Texas. It was here that he met his wife, Lydia. In December of 2007, the pair opened Gregory's Bistro.
Now a decade later, it's clear that their labor of love has flourished into something more. It's now a staple in the McKinney community. Chef Gregory dishes out the French fare that he grew up crafting and eating, starting with appetizers such as P.E.I. Mussels and duck leg confit in pinot noir sauce. Grilled wild Atlantic salmon with ratatouille and roasted rack of lamb with chive potatoes are just a few of the entrees on the upscale menu at Gregory's Bistro.
