Cajun Made Crawfish and Seafood is a food truck located on Preston Road in Prosper, just three miles from Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments. The truck serves area residents every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., starting in the early Spring and continuing through the Fourth of July weekend when they close up shop for the season. Cajun Made only sells the highest quality seafood at the peak of the season, which is why you'll want to get here soon!

The crawfish is sold by the pound, boiled and ready to eat. The truck also serves shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes for excellent sides to your main entree. Make sure to follow the truck on Facebook for updates—the owners will post on their page when they’ve run out of crawfish for the day, saving you a trip. They also keep followers up-to-date with upcoming events and any changes to hours.
