Please note that the office will be closed on July 4th in observance of the Holiday.  Rent is still considered late as the Drop Box will still be monitored.  We will reopen on Friday, July 5th at 9am.  Please enjoy your holiday!!

The team here at Paseo wishes everyone a safe and happy July 4th Holiday!  Remember that fireworks are not permitted within Bee Cave city limits.  If you decide to do any grilling, please remember to stay 10 feet away from the building per the Fire Marshall.  Other than that, enjoy your holiday weekend!

We have joined the Austin Apartment Association in Operation K.I.S.S. (Kids in Need of School Supplies).  The items donated will benefit homeless children in the Austin area in the H.E.L.P. Program.  The Homeless Education and Learning Program is a driving force to help these children have what they need to succeed in their education.  We are currently taking donations in the Leasing Office thru July 26th.  Some item suggestions are: backpacks, pencils, notebooks, pens, crayons, glue sticks, loose leaf paper, rulers, etc.  We are also accepting cash and check donations made payable to AAA Fund.
