Mayflower Day celebrates the date the Mayflower sailed from Plymouth, England to America. On September 16, 1620, 102 men, women, and children set sail from Plymouth, England. Their destination was the New World, where they could have religious freedom, and continue using their native language, culture, and customs.

Every Mayflower Day, we commemorate these brave, early settlers. They were the very first immigrants, and helped to pave the way for millions more to follow, in search of freedom and the dreams and promises of a New World.

Hope everyone is preparing to have a great holiday weekend!  We will be open Saturday from 10am-5pm and Sunday from 1pm-5pm.  We will be closed on Monday, September 2nd for the Labor Day holiday.  We will reopen on Tuesday at 9am.  If you have any emergencies please call the office at 512.263.9177.   

Please remember that rent is due on the 1st and late fees will start on the 4th.  If you will be out of town, please let us know and we can discuss your options.

We hope everyone has enjoyed their summer!  With school starting in the next week and new beginnings for everyone, we hope that this year is fantastic for each of you.  If there is anything we can do to help out, please let us know.  We are here to make this the best place to call home!

We have been focusing our charitable efforts this month on St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.  Each year we strive to raise money at each community through resident events, donations and employee contributions.  We appreicate all of our residents who have come by and donated towards our cause at either resident events or our donation jars in the Leasing Office.  We will continue our efforts in the upcoming months as well.  Stop by for more information if you are interested in helping out.

We want to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone who donated towards our Operation KISS School Supply Drive.  It was great to see the response to helping kids in the Austin area and know we are helping drive education! We appreciate every one of you!

Join us in the Clubhouse, this Saturday, July 27th from 10am-11am, for brunch.  We will have breakfast tacos, bagels, assortment of fruits and juice.  We look forward to seeing you there!!

The team here at Paseo wishes everyone a safe and happy July 4th Holiday!  Remember that fireworks are not permitted within Bee Cave city limits.  If you decide to do any grilling, please remember to stay 10 feet away from the building per the Fire Marshall.  Other than that, enjoy your holiday weekend!
