We have joined the Austin Apartment Association in Operation K.I.S.S. (Kids in Need of School Supplies).  The items donated will benefit homeless children in the Austin area in the H.E.L.P. Program.  The Homeless Education and Learning Program is a driving force to help these children have what they need to succeed in their education.  We are currently taking donations in the Leasing Office thru July 26th.  Some item suggestions are: backpacks, pencils, notebooks, pens, crayons, glue sticks, loose leaf paper, rulers, etc.  We are also accepting cash and check donations made payable to AAA Fund.

Just a quick reminder that the resident portal is up and running.  If you haven't done so already, take a few minutes to log onto the website www.livepaseobeecave.com.  From here you are able to log on the portal to make your payments, submit service requests and sign your upcoming renewal.  It is super quick and easy!  Give us a call if you have any questions or need help logging on.

We hope that you all enjoy your holiday weekend!  The pool will be open from 10am-10pm all weekend.   The office will also be open on Monday from 9am-6pm. 

Thank you for coming out to our resident event last week at Maudie's!  It's always nice to meet new residents, both new and long term.  Keep an eye out for June's event calendar that will be coming soon!  Also, please feel free to let us know what type of functions you would like us to do.  We are always taking suggestions!
