Come hungry, because Madame Mam’s offers an array of authentic appetizers, noodle dishes, slow-cooked curries, rice entrees, and desserts.

For an intricate snack, try the mieng kum, an appetizer of fresh lettuce topped with fried shrimp, fresh ginger chunks, roasted coconut, peanuts, fresh lime, shallots and Thai chili.
