The famous Dolphin dog is topped with grilled ham, bacon, melted mozzarella, pineapple and pepitas on top, while the FIU dog is made with Polish sausage and topped with a fried egg, sautéed onions, cream cheese, sauerkraut and jalapenos. If you can handle more food after ordering one of those jam-packed hot dogs, go for the homemade macaroni and cheese, which is always a favorite among the restaurant’s regulars.
