Boardwalk Burgers: From Maryland to New Jersey

Bright, cheerful colors, and lots of open space make for a beach-like ambiance in Boardwalk Burgers, a burger & fries joint that migrated from its origins in Ocean City, Maryland to Hackensack, New Jersey. The menu is simple, featuring burgers, french fries, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs. The famous ‘boardwalk fries’ are hand cut, deep-fried in peanut oil and lightly seasoned, making them a far cry from the frozen factory fries you find in most burger places. Burgers are made to order, with plenty of toppings to choose from to spice it up just the way you like it. Order a creamy shake and an order of funnel cake fries and you’re good to go. Boardwalk Burgers is open every day for lunch and dinner.

BV Tuscany Ristorante: Have a Seat at Our Table

Tuscany is noted for its stunning cuisine. BV Tuscany Ristorante does this region proud with its menu full of classic dishes encompassing all the goodness Italy has to offer. From seafood infused pasta dishes to exotic cuts of meat (think wild boar) BV Tuscany offers diners a truly unique experience. With such a fantastic menu it may be heard to choose. For starters calamari frittes aim to please, while the Portobello con risotto is drizzled with decadent white truffle oil. For pasta dishes spinach and ricotta dumplings are a twist on the traditional gnocchi, while the rigatoni alla vodka comes in delicious vodka cream sauce. Entrees include osso bucco Milanese, served with saffron risotto and lemon zest. Veal scallopini in white sauce is hard to pass up, as is the filet of sole sautéed in lemon and butter. There are also an array of vegetarian dishes for meat-free diners, and these items are just as tasty as their meatier counterparts.
