Cuban-style sandwiches include the Choripan with sausage and onions, the Ropa Vieja with spiced shredded steak, and the Pan con Lechon with slow-roasted pulled pork and caramelized onions, all served on classic Cuban-style bread. The Cubano Classic sandwich is a yummy combo of spiced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, garlic, and grilled onions. Dinner entrees include the Vaca Frita – pan seared, shredded flank steak with lime juice, Mofongo de Pollo – chicken with garlic-mashed plantains, and Paella Caribena – shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops with saffron rice.

No matter what NFL team you support you are invited to the official Prospect Place count down to the NFL season Thursday, September 10th. This event will start at 5:00pm and go until 8:00pm. Please make sure you represent your favorite NFL team by wearing their color, jersey, or anything NFL related. Also please bring your favorite football snack as we will be bringing ours too!
