Head to this popular spot to chill out in a rustic, relaxed setting with an artisan brewed beer and a flavorful meal. The menu features tasty gastro-pub fare with pasta and handmade pizzas baked in a wood fired oven, along with flavorful appetizers and sandwiches. Order up classic pub fare like Fish & Chips, Lamb Shepherd’s Pie and a House Chili Crock with spicy jack cheese. Other options include Pan Roasted French Chicken Breast, New England Baked Scrod, Denver Sliced Steak and Mustard Horseradish Crusted Salmon.

Twisted Elm is open every day, with brunch served on Sundays.

Fratelli’s Coal Burning Pizza: A Gourmet Pizzeria

If you just need a nosh, they have a tempting array of antipasti like Fried Calamari, Coal Roasted Wings, and Long Hot Peppers & Potatoes. The specialty pizza menu includes Roasted Cauliflower & Fresh Mozzarella, Meatball & Ricotta, Extreme Wild Mushroom & Fresh Mozzarella, and Fratelli’s Specialty with hot peppers, fried potato, & coal roasted chicken. Penne Vodka, Penne Bolognaise, and Mussels Fra Diavalo Linguini are among the pasta options. Panini options include Italian Tuna, Italian Meatball, and Grilled Sausage & Broccoli Rabe.

Vicario’s Market Gourmet: Salads, Sandwiches, and More

Vicario’s Market Gourmet has sandwiches and other classic deli fare. It’s also a great spot to get your motor humming in the a.m. with one of their High Protein Muffins, a bowl of Oatmeal & Almonds, Egg Whites & Turkey on a low-carb whole wheat roll, or an Egg White Omelet with Turkey & Spinach.

Later in the day, you can feast on one of their healthy entrée salads, like the Spicy Chicken Caesar. The sandwich menu features Mesquite Buffalo Chicken with Muenster cheese, Italian Cheese Steak with sautéed peppers & onions, and a Roasted Portobello with artichokes, fresh spinach, roasted pepper & balsamic vinaigrette. Pasta dishes include Ravioli stuffed with lobster & cheese, Farfalle with grilled chicken & prosciutto, and Penne with sun-dried tomatoes, peas & pink vodka sauce.

Vicario's is open Mondays through Saturdays.

The expansive list of varietals from around the globe includes zinfandel, riesling, malbec, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, and chardonnay.

If you'd like to pair your glass of wine with some delightful food, you can order some tapas dishes to share at the table. Options include smoked mozzarella and asparagus ravioli, chorizo and onion with romanesco sauce, spicy mussels, and shrimp and chorizo scampi. Artisan pizzas are also served, as is a yummy assortment of desserts, like strawberry and cream crepe flambe.
