Sushi Shoken's special, cleverly-named rolls include the Marilyn Mon-Roll with spicy tuna, albacore, avocado & deep fried onion, the Sue Special with shrimp tempura, crab, spicy tuna & avocado, the 911 with spicy tuna, avocado & jalapeno, and the Sexy Roll with salmon, asparagus, tuna, avocado, cucumber & yamo gobo. Bento Boxes are available at lunch and dinner and come with a teriyaki or katsu entrée, salad, sushi, rice, mixed tempura & miso soup. The entrée menu features Beef Curry Rice, Chicken Teriyaki, BBQ Beef Short Ribs, Bulgogi – grilled marinated beef, and Spicy Tuna Donburi.

Wokcano: Blow the Lid Off

Wokcano is a firestorm of fabulous Asian fusion cuisine. For starters Wokcano offers both cold and hot options for appetizers. Cold preparations include tuna tartare, kimchi, a sashimi appetizer with an array of fish, as well as tornado spicy tuna dip served with Doritos. Yes, those Doritos.
