Common Area Painting – South Building

Please be aware that we will be painting common areas beginning this week in the 2601 building (South Building).

Paint contractors will begin painting in each of the elevator lobbies as well as the 4th floor sunroom, pool area, second floor terrace and third floor terrace. Please use caution when entering and exiting the elevators as some of the paint will be wet. Work is scheduled to last through the weekend until Tuesday, March 19th.

Also, the fitness center will be closed on Monday all day beginning at 9 a.m. so the painters can repaint this room. Be aware that the work may last through Tuesday.

By the end of this week the two coke machines located on the fourth floor south building will be relocated to the garage level where they will be better utilized by all residents. The North Building elevator lobbies will also be painted, however this work is scheduled for the later in March.
