Perhaps you've enjoyed a bowl of pho, the classic Vietnamese soup. But have you ever tried brisket infused with pho? The chef at Bao N Baguette isn't afraid to get a little crazy with fusion fare in the kitchen, as evidenced by the popular pho brisket sliders, which are served inside of a steamed bun sliced in half. Since the restaurant opened a little more than a month ago, eats like these have been delighting the taste buds of customers.

Some say they were downright dumbfounded by the unique menu, but the staff didn't skip a beat. They were quick to step in and help with picking a menu option, so don't worry if you've never tried Vietnamese fare before. In addition to the pho brisket sliders, Bao N Baguette also serves classic and contemporary versions of banh mi, a Vietnamese sandwich filled with pickled veggies. Try the signature pork belly, chicken, or Spam and egg banh mi, or try the fusion pastrami, roast beef, or ham and cheese banh mi.
