Sushi On Fire is a Huntington Beach hotspot featuring an assortment of specialty rolls along with Japanese fusion entrees, such as Chicken Teriyaki, Shrimp Fried Rice, and various ramen bowls. The sushi and sashimi selection is extensive – the Special Rolls section of the menu alone has 70 different rolls to choose from. Yelpers recommend the Animal Style roll made with spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, and avocado topped with seared albacore, fresh garlic, and fried onions. For a spicy kick, order the 911 roll consisting of spicy tuna with cucumbers and topped with avocado, chili oil, and green onion.
