Make a Reservation for Prohibition-Style Cocktails at The Speakeasy

Just like the real speakeasies of the 1920’s, Huntington Beach’s The Speakeasy is hidden away in the convenient cover of Saint Marc restaurant on Pacific Coast Highway — and that isn’t the only parallel this hip spot has with its original namesakes.
The drinks at The Speakeasy can be described as nothing else but high class, with the perfect barware and garnishes chosen for each cocktail. There’s a lot of signage for the Blind Pig, another euphemism for speakeasies back in the day, and just being in the dimly lit bar sipping a drink out of a coupe feels illicit. The Speakeasy is extremely small, and is by reservation only. Check in with the host at Saint Marc and they will lead you back to the bar. You can also order food from Saint Marc, and after explaining the kinds of drinks you like to the bartender, sit back and let them do the rest.
The Speakeasy is open Wednesday through Sunday, and begins accepting reservations at 5 p.m.
