Melody Plastow, owner and head chef at Melody’s Bakery in Huntington Beach, began baking as a youngster. After going through extensive training and professional experiences in the pastry world, she opened up her very own business.

Though Melody’s Baker does not have a brick-and-mortar location, she and her team do a brisk business in catering for weddings, parties, and other large-scale events.
