Contemporary and Classic Cuisine Collide at Thai Gulf Restaurant

April 16, 2019 | Admin

The chefs at Thai Gulf Restaurant have a unique way of blending old and new when it comes to their Thai cuisine, resulting in an eclectic menu with a few crowd favorites. One of those favorites is the crab fried rice. The bed of fried rice seems pretty traditional at first, cooked with scrambled egg, yellow onion, tomatoes, and green onion, but the addition of fresh crab meat takes it to the next level.

Regulars also like the classic pad Thai, which chefs craft the traditional way with thin rice noodles, bean sprouts, peanuts, tamarind sauce, and your choice of meat. For an extra dose of veggies, try the pad see ew with its broccoli and Chinese broccoli, pan-fried flat rice noodles, and a subtly sweet black sauce. You can’t go wrong with any of the curries, either, like the red curry with coconut milk, bell pepper, basil, broccoli, bamboo shoots, and the meat of your choice.
