Grab a Beverage and a Bite by the Water at Duke’s Huntington Beach

June 28, 2018 | Admin

Huntington Beach bears the nickname "Surf City USA" thanks to Duke Kahanamoku. In 1925, he started surfing in local waters and inspired the first wave of surfing along the Californian coast. So it makes sense that Duke's Huntington Beach is named for the local legend, especially since it sits only feet from the pier.

Watch the waves break on the sand as you enjoy lunch, dinner, or Sunday brunch in the sun-soaked dining room. The poke tacos are a popular option at lunch and dinner, a fusion eat featuring tortillas stuffed with fresh ahi tuna, Maui onions, shoyu sauce, avocado, and spicy wasabi aioli. Patrons also praise the prime rib, which is so popular that it tends to sell out. If you're looking for a more laid-back vibe, grab a colorful cocktail and a small bite at the Barefoot Bar, which showcases a large patio.
