CorkScrew BBQ, The Brisket House, Tejas Chocolate (& BBQ). These are just a handful of the local eateries slated to show up for the 5th Annual Houston Barbecue Festival on Sunday, April 9th. Chances are you recognize the names because these are some of the biggest names in barbecue anywhere in the area—and in Houston, that's saying something.
So far, approximately 25 barbecue chefs have signed up to bring their sweet-spicy brisket and tender slow-smoked chicken to the barbecue festival, and even more are expected to actually be there on the day of the event.
