With winter now firmly in the rearview mirror, it's time to embrace spring and gear up for the quickly approaching summer months. The Chastain Park Arts Festival is a great place to do that. Held each spring and autumn, the next fest will unfold on May 6th and 7th at its namesake park.

This is the sixth year that this fun celebration takes over Chastain Park with its lineup of fine arts and crafts at the forefront. The artists are joined by local musicians, who provide the entertainment, and concessions from Atlanta's best eateries and catering companies—not to mention the city's creative food trucks. Admission is free for everyone, so mark your calendar for the weekend of May 6th so as not to miss the fun. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
