It doesn't have to be Tuesday for you to have a reason to visit the Taco Shop. This food truck truly has some of the most satisfying Mexican fare around. So swing by this week, and choose from several taco varieties. Try the chicken tacos topped cilantro, lime, and a red chili sauce, salsa roja, or salsa verde for an extra kick. You can also choose from a variety of other options, including pork, steak, and veggie tacos.

In addition to tacos, the Taco Shop also serves other classic Mexican dishes such as quesadillas, burritos, and tortas in addition to the popular enchiladas and daily board specials. The prices are reasonable here, and the food is always fresh and made to order, so you don't want to miss out. The Taco Shop is open from noon to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
