Every once in a while, a restaurant comes along that defies categorization. It doesn’t need to be upscale or overly sophisticated, but it does have to offer something totally unique. Je Je Grill manages to do just that. This relatively new restaurant on Bridge Street in Elkton is quickly becoming a go-to for Korean cuisine, and surprisingly, breakfast and lunch as well.

Je Je specializes in Korean barbecue, with dishes like short ribs and bulgogi, which is grilled marinated beef. But the restaurant also offers an extensive breakfast menu and sandwich board, where most of the options aren’t influenced by Korean cuisine at all. This is a place where you can get an order of spicy pork to go with your prosciutto sandwich, something that practically no other restaurant in the area can offer. It’s a perfect spot for grabbing lunch with a crowd, where everyone will be able to find something they like.
