Don’t Miss “You Had Me at Meow,” the Opening Reception for the Local Art Exhibit “Pets”

April 5, 2017 | greystar

The Cecil County Arts Council (CCAC) exists to expose residents of Elkton and surrounding areas to great art from local talents, which is precisely the type of works you can expect to see at Pets. This upcoming exhibit by local artist Paulette Smyth pays homage to furry friends via painted portraits, and it kicks off with the You Had Me at Meow opening reception.

On Friday, April 7th, the Cecil County Arts Council opens its doors to the public from 5 to 8 p.m. This is your opportunity to get a first look at Paulette's critter-centric paintings—and snag any portrait that really speaks to you. Frankie Gray provides live music for the evening, and complimentary refreshments are also part of the package. Admission is free, so don't miss your chance to experience local art at the CCAC.
