The fun begins at 5 p.m. when strolling carolers begin to roam around Elkton, leaving the melodies of holiday music hanging in the air behind them. You'll also hear the clip-clop of horses as they pull carriages up and down the festively adorned streets. While you're savoring all of the holiday cheer, stop in at local businesses and do some last-minute shopping. Each receipt you receive at a participating local establishment serves as an entry into a contest to win up to $500 cash. Just write down your information on the receipt and drop it off at the Elkton Alliance by 7 p.m. on December 15th.
