Restaurants with the ‘build your own’ concept are everywhere, and MAC’D has finally brought that model to macaroni and cheese. Mac and cheese is the ultimate vehicle for a variety of flavors and textures, and you will find endless options at MAC’D.
Start by choosing your cheese sauce and pasta shape. Cauliflower pasta is also available for gluten free guests. Then, add your mix-ins. Get spicy with chorizo or jalapeños, or keep it fresh with tons of vegetables. A few toppings like shrimp or crab come as an up charge, but are well worth the couple of extra bucks. Finish it all off with a bit of much-needed crunch with toppings like panko bread crumbs or Hot Cheetos.
