Find Fresh Californian Cuisine at Francisca’s
September 29, 2017 | sack
There’s nothing like true farm to table dining, and that’s what you’ll find at Francisca’s. Chef and owner Manny Torres Giminez named the restaurant after his grandmother, and also brought her passion for hospitality and farmers markets to his restaurant concept.
Enjoy a la carte menu items that can only be described as Californian cuisine. Look for light salads, hearty pastas, and seasonal fish dishes complete with the freshest local vegetables. Or for a special treat, be one of the few lucky diners to experience chef Manny’s tasting menu. This 10-course sampling is available at the bar only, and only 10 dinners are prepared each evening. The tasting menu must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance, and a wine pairing option is also available.
Go to franciscassf.com for a sample tasting menu, or to see the full a la carte offering. Francisca’s is also available for private parties of 10 or more with prix fix menus, or a buy out (maximum 30 people) for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
