Pacific Cocktail Haven in Union Square is a stylish bar serving up elevated cocktails, punch bowls, beer, and wine. Bartender-about-town Kevin Diedrich wanted to create an unpretentious neighborhood bar with unusual drinks and a friendly atmosphere, and he accomplished just that. The menu is organized by spirit and includes 18 handcrafted cocktails ranging from the more approachable to the adventurous. A must-try is the Santorini Summer, made with gin, cucumber, yogurt liquor, and house-made tzatziki sauce. Another innovative drink is Oh Snap!, which highlights sugar snap peas as the main ingredient. While there is no food on the menu, feel free to order from Hogwash next door, which offers classic tavern fare.

Pacific Cocktail Haven has a lively vibe with stylish décor, exposed brick, and a hip neon sign spelling out “P.C.H” in yellow. Grab a seat at the bar or relax on their comfortable couches towards the back. The bar is also available for private events for up to 50 people.
