You could make a whole meal out of the small plates at The Sycamore Inn, especially if you round out your assortment with a glass or two of fine wine. Come here with a friend or significant other and order a few starters to share, such as the Cajun shrimp wrapped in crispy bacon and the mini toasts topped with roasted garlic, creamy goat cheese, and bruschetta.

If you decide the small plates aren't filling enough, go for a full meal. Savor one of the signature steaks or another entree. You can't go wrong with the traditional prime rib, which comes in 10-ounce and 20-ounce portions, but you also have lighter options like the six-ounce filet mignon and the 14-ounce New York strip. The other entrees include Chilean sea bass marinated with sake and miso, rack of prime Colorado lamb, and lobster tails roasted on the shell.
