Find Unique, Locally Made Wares at Foggy Notion

May 20, 2019 | sack

Foggy Notion is owner Alissa Anderson’s passion project, and she’s filled her shop with hundreds of well-curated items that convey her sense of joyous creativity.  She makes many of the goods she sells in this store, including soy wax candles, cold-process soaps and scented sprays.

Foggy Notion also repurposes vintage items, giving them new life. You might find old mason jars turned into soap dispensers and other upcycled wares. In addition to Anderson’s handmade creations, Foggy Notions also stocks bags, jewelry, art, and home goods from other local designers and artists. The shop is popular with locals looking for a truly unique gift or objects for their own homes, and it’s created a lot of buzz from features in local publications. The next time you’re out shopping and looking to support a truly independent, local business, give Foggy Notion a visit.
