Hemlock Overlook Regional Park is home to a wealth of outdoor adventure. In fact, it's home to Adventure Links, a company that takes thrill seekers up into the treetops to tackle a ropes course and then zoom down the zip line as a reward. It's a great environment for team-building, but the treetop ropes course is also just plain old fun.
If you're not a fan of heights, there's more to do at Hemlock Overlook Regional Park. The Bull Run-Occoquan Trail stretches 19.6 miles total, some of it in Hemlock Overlook. It links the park to others in the area. Hike a chunk of it to discover the stunning forests and wildlife in the park. You can also go horseback riding at Hemlock Overlook. There are many trails for equestrians, some of them sweeping around the beautiful Occoquan Reservoir.
