Dine On Pulled Pork Near The Courts at Historic Manassas at Virginia BBQ

If you’re a fan of barbecue, Virginia BBQ is a must-try in the Manassas area. This small chain of authentic barbecue restaurants relies on a slow smoking process. First, the bone-in pork is dry-rubbed with a blend of flavorful spices and then smoked in a rotisserie smoker with hickory wood for a full 12 hours.

The restaurant also serves beef brisket, ribs, and chicken barbecue with home-style sides like cornbread muffins, baked beans, and a roasted red potato salad that is one of its most popular items. Virginia BBQ offers high quality food at affordable prices, and although it is a chain, you would never know it from the amount of time and care that goes into each dish.

Located just a short trip from The Courts at Historic Manassas, Virginia BBQ features a comfortable interior furnished with small wooden café tables where guests can enjoy their barbecue in a relaxed setting, just how it’s meant to be eaten.
