With over 225 acres, the vineyard vistas span as far as the eye can see.

This winery produces an incredible variety of reds, whites, and fruit wines. You can choose from a couple tour and tasting options to experience these 100% Virginia wines for yourself. If you only have a bit of time, do the standard tasting, which is $18 per person for eight tastings (you’ll even leave with your very own logo glass). Play Some Mini-Golf This Weekend at Magic Putting Place

March 3, 2017 9:55 am

For a little friendly competition, check out The Magic Putting Place on Mathis Avenue. This recreation hub plays host to two 18-hole mini-golf courses where skills are put to the test with creative and challenging designs at each stop. From windmills to bridges, castles to waterfalls, the courses will keep you entertained for hours.

They aim to make the course accessible to all with low prices. If you come before 6 p.m. on weekdays, the rate is $4, and if you visit during the weekends before 6 p.m., the rate is $4.50. The rate goes up to $5 at 6 p.m. Want to add on extra holes? It’s only $2 for an additional 18 so you can play both courses.

All that activity will leave you hungry, and luckily there is a great snack bar for a stop before you head out. Grab some friends and family and get your game on this weekend.
