After a major overhaul a few years ago, courtesy of new owners, Plum Creek Golf Course quickly rose in the ranks of public courses around Kyle. Today, Yelp reviewers say the course is well maintained, pristine even, and that the renovations made all the difference. Since the fees for playing are pretty reasonable, too, it's no wonder that this is the go-to course for many golfers in the area.

More than a million dollars went into transforming the golf course, and a chunk of that money was spent on the 10th hole. Whereas it used to be a pretty nondescript par-4 hole, now it's a par-3 that presents ample challenges to even avid golfers. Turfgrass now covers many fairways and extra irrigation keeps grass lush throughout the course. So you can expect pretty views and a skill-stretching game at Plum Creek Golf Course.
