Summertime is when Farmingdale truly comes alive, and the regular Live at Five on Main music festivals are part of the fun. On Thursday, August 25, the fourth and final installment of this summer concert series will unfold on Main Street from 5 to 9 p.m.

Live at Five includes, of course, local bands taking to the three stages set up along Main Street. While they impress the crowds with their tunes, local restaurants open up their patios and sidewalks for al fresco dining all night long. You won't have to miss any of the action while you're grabbing a meal at one of the popular eateries scattered along the street. You can also get some shopping done at the boutiques and stores interspersed between the eateries in downtown Farmingdale.
