There’s something special about having a bar to call your own. Perhaps it’s the familiar faces you see every time you walk in, or maybe it’s the bartender ordering your favorite burger and drink without you even having to ask. Regardless, there are plenty of places in the Farmingdale area that you could make into one of your regular stops, but one establishment that really wants you to feel welcome is The Republic Pub on Main Street.

This Irish gastropub has an inviting atmosphere and an excellent menu. Appetizers like crispy pork skins and Guinness chili, incredible burgers, and plenty of other assorted tasty options will leave you more than satisfied. With a solid beer menu, a kitchen that doesn’t close until 2 a.m., and trivia nights on Tuesdays, we wouldn’t be surprised if you want to frequent this pub time and time again.
