Creating a Healthy Lifestyle for Body, Mind, and Soul: Treat Yourself to This Self-Care Class

The Science of Spirituality Meditation Center is an organization that embraces all beliefs that promote love, peace, and community. Its team holds events and workshops designed to further these goals in Farmingdale, and they're always free and open to the public. The programs include the Creating a Healthy Lifestyle for Body, Mind, and Soul series.

Held in three sessions over the course of the summer, this class series seeks to transform attendees over the course of a five-hour session from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Come to the Center on Saturday, July 8th for a vegetarian cooking class that will teach you how to eat in a way that nourishes your body. Then flow through a yoga class geared towards reducing tension and anxiety. Finally, practice meditation techniques that may help you stave off stress altogether.
