Farmingdale's bars will welcome an influx of comic book superheroes, sidekicks, and even some villains on Saturday, September 23rd when the ComiCon Long Island Bar Crawl comes to town. Wear your best superhero garb when you come out for the event, which promises plenty of drink specials and weekend fun.

Start at The Nutty Irishman at noon, where you'll register and grab your wristband. Then head to any of the other participating bars until 5 p.m. The Library Cafe, That Meetball Place, Blue Hawaiian, and Dark Horse Tavern are just a few of the pubs offering $3 beers, $4 well drinks, and $5 shots throughout the day. Hit them up in whatever order you like, then head back to The Nutty Irishman at 5 p.m. for the afterparty. Continue imbibing or just enjoy the live music until 9 p.m. Wristbands start at $15 and include cover charges to all of the bars, but you can also pay a $5 fee to enter any of the bars and enjoy the same drink specials.
