If it's your first time visiting Cork & Kerry in Farmingdale, don't feel sheepish if it takes you a few tries to open the front door—or to find it, for that matter. The storefront of this authentic speakeasy is unmarked, and its door features no fewer than 20 vintage doorknobs. Any of them will grant you entry to the intimate lounge, which looks more like a living room than a bar.

The new Farmingdale location of this small local chain debuted in February. Cocktail enthusiasts reserve their table via Facebook or Instagram when they want to enjoy the old-school speakeasy experience. The classic cocktails enlist fresh herbs, bitters, and top-shelf spirits to create delicious flavors. Sip on an artisan daiquiri or the Sunglasses at Night, a blend of Clement, mezcal, genepy, Averna, Campari, and lime oil. Pair your cocktail with a nosh like house-made pickles or bacon deviled eggs.
