Farmingdale Music Center: A Local, Family-Owned Music Shop

April 17, 2018 | greystar

Local music lovers should definitely know about the Farmingdale Music Center. It was the brainchild of Alfred "Al" LiCausi, a man who enjoyed many musical endeavors, including playing the accordion and piano professionally. When he inherited his parents' home, Al decided to embrace his love for music and transform it into the Farmingdale Music Center. He's since passed away, but son Frank continues to honor his legacy as the current owner of the Farmingdale Music Center.

If you're thinking about investing in a new instrument, check out the inventory at this local shop. Guitars and violins hang from the ceiling. Sheet music fills the shelves. Trumpets and trombones sit perched atop stands. Not only do Frank and his team sell instruments, they also offer repairs on your own instruments and music lessons.
