This is the Farmingdale, a signature sushi roll crafted by the talented chefs at Mizu Japanese Cuisine. They've been doling out specialty sushi creations and other authentic Japanese dishes since Mizu opened in March.
Another one you should try? The Mizu Roll, which showcases spicy tuna on the inside with more tuna, salmon, and crunch on top, all drizzled with the chef's special sauce. The sushi chef stuffs the Rocket Roll with lobster salad, spicy crab, shrimp tempura, cucumber, and avocado, then embellishes the outside with a creamy mayo-based eel sauce. Craving something more traditional? Mizu Japanese Cuisine also boasts a large lineup of classic sushi rolls, from the spicy yellowtail to the Philadelphia Roll.
