Celebrate Your Mom at the Mother’s Day Brunch or Prix-Fixe Dinner at The Library Cafe

May 7, 2018 | greystar

Before The Library Cafe was an eatery, it served for many years as the Farmingdale Public Library. Even during the transformation to a restaurant, its owners left many of the original decor elements that once distinguished the library. Of course, the shelves now hold quality liquors as opposed to books. Experience the historic atmosphere when you bring your mom to the Mother's Day brunch or dinner at The Library Cafe.

If you snag a reservation for brunch ($30 per person), come to the cafe between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to enjoy a smorgasbord of Texas-style French toast, eggs Benedict, and an assortment of mini pastries and bagels. Bottomless mimosas and champagne accompany the meal, as well as coffee and juice. If you decide to do dinner instead ($33 per person), pick which dishes you'd like to enjoy for your three-course meal. Select an app like lobster bisque or a Mediterranean flatbread, then enjoy filet mignon, bourbon-honey salmon, or stuffed pork loin for the main course. Save some room for chocolate mousse cake or cheesecake with Bailey's caramel sauce for dessert.
