From May 11th to May 20th, breweries and other small businesses all around the region will team up to host Long Island Craft Beer Week. The week exists to celebrate the ever-growing craft beer scene on Long Island and reach out to brew enthusiasts who might not know about the many brewers right in their own communities.

Come to the Nassau Cask Kickoff on Friday, May 11th, the first day of Long Island Craft Beer Week to begin the celebrations. It will unfold at That Meetball Place Farmingdale, where you'll have the chance to sip on 12 cask-conditioned ales brewed locally by featured businesses. The following day, experience the Nassau Town Takeover, when six eateries across Farmingdale showcase Long Island-brewed beers, from Croxley's Ale House to The Republic Pub. Continue the imbibing the following Saturday at the Suffolk Town Takeover, which features a similar lineup of Patchogue bars and restaurants pouring special artisan brews.
