There’s nothing better than having a go-to neighborhood bar right near your home, and Union Tavern is that place for many Webster residents. This friendly bar and grill is located in a large white brick building right in the Clear Lake area, and inside it has a classic, rustic look that gives it a relaxed feel.

While Union Tavern isn’t as trendy or decorative as more modern bars, it’s the perfect place to go to enjoy an icy cold beer and some live music. There are a number of pool tables and dart boards along the walls of the interior, while small wooden tables and a long, wooden bar offer ample seating where customers can enjoy food and drinks. Outside, the bar also offer a grassy patio area with umbrella-covered picnic tables for sunny days.

Union Tavern offers frequent drink specials just about every night of the week, making it a great place to hang out with friends, catch a local band, and have a few beers without emptying your wallet.

Antonini's Subs & Steaks serves a variety of Philly-style sandwiches with larger-than-life Texas proportions. When you order a turkey sandwich, for example, you'll get at least a couple of inches of shaved turkey heaped up between the bread. A meatball sub comes packed with oversized meatballs and melted cheese oozing out either end. And since the shop's owner is from the Philly area, you know you can get an authentic Philly cheesesteak at Antonini's. You'll also see evidence of the owner’s heritage in the variety of quality Italian cured meats this shop stocks, and Yelpers say Antonini's salami, pepperoni, and pastrami can't be beat.

There are a few small tables against the walls for diners who want to eat their subs in the restaurant, but this shop mainly runs a thriving take-out business, so feel free to pick up a quick meal on the go.

Kitchen cabinets and drawers can be difficult to keep neat and organized. If you’re tired of your messy cabinets and drawers, use these simple tips for keeping them more organized.

• Clean out your cabinets. Empty your kitchen cabinets and drawers completely, tossing out outdated or unused foods and consolidating anything that you have multiples of. You might also want to give the bottoms a good wipe-down.
• Put spices in jars. Instead of having dozens of spices in various sized jars, take the time to put all spices in matching glass jars that you can easily organize.
• Add a Lazy Susan. Add a rotating Lazy Susan to your kitchen cabinet to corral small food items and keep them easily within reach.
• Group similar items together. Store all of your baking supplies on one shelf, all of your dried foods on another, all of your plastic containers on another, and so on. This makes it much easier to locate items later on.
• Add drawer dividers. Your silverware drawer isn’t the only one that could use dividers. Invest in cheap plastic dividers to keep all of your drawers neatly separated.
