Sit down, relax, and enjoy the chef-designed daily fixed-price menu at Barley Swine in Austin. This small, 36-seat restaurant works closely with local farms to bring you the highest quality foods available. It is recommended you make a reservation (up to a month in advance) to ensure you get a table, but the eatery will do its best to accomodate walk-ins.
The $75 prix-fixe meal includes a number of small plates both in individual and made-to-share portions. Dishes include quail eggs with steelhead row and jalapeno; squid jerky with watermelon, sunflower, and lime; blood crepe with sweet chili, duck breast, crispy leeks, and pear; and antelope leg served alongside eggplant and peppers. House-made desserts are rich and decadent and feature sorbets, ice creams, and more.
Barley Swine also serves beer and wine.
