Kick off the holiday season in the theater district with the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Ballet during the 28th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at Wortham Theater Center.

Enjoy live music and tasty treats as you mingle with characters from the Opera’s upcoming holiday performance of The Little Prince.

Jump into the giving spirit, and bring your gently used books to donate to Books Between Kids, a non-profit organization serving Houston’s at-risk children by providing books to build their own home libraries.
