Join Pastry Chef Alyssa Dole as she shares her techniques and tips for making a flaky crust and delicious pie fillings during this holiday pie baking class in the Heights.

This hands on class has students making dough for their own mini pie to take home, and learning how to roll out the dough properly.

Alyssa will demonstrate different crusts like lattice and how to create two different favorite holiday pie fillings.

In addition to your own mini pie, students will go home with recipes for everything they’ve learned.
