The Health Museum: The Body Beautiful

The Health Museum is a must for inquisitive minds, both young and old, who want to learn more about the workings of our bodies. The permanent exhibits include Amazing Body, You: The Exhibit, and the McGovern 4D Theatre.
Amazing Body features 30 interactive video and audio kiosks exploring human anatomy and health. It also has a 22-foot-long backbone with ribs descending from the ceiling to the floor. You: The Exhibit has interactive features that let you scan your internal organs and see what you’ll look like in 30 years. The 4-D Theatre shows interesting educational films.
The Health Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday. Admission is $8 for adults, $6 seniors and children ages 3 to 12.
