Subtract one vacancy from the Montrose real estate market. Biskit Junkie, the breakfast and lunch spot from the single-item obsessives that unleashed Jus' Mac on Houston, announced on Facebook that it will be opening a second location in the former location of Mango's on lower Westheimer.

Although Biskit Junkie has been in the works since 2014, it only opened to the public in June at 2925 West J.C. Jester, just outside Loop 610 near Garden Oaks/Oak Forest. Originally, the restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it announced on Tuesday that it would limit its hours to 6 am to 2 pm and only be open four days a week (Thursday through Sunday).

Together with the Denver-based Snooze chain that's set to open next year, Biskit Junkie will give Montrose two new breakfast options to replaced the recently departed Brick & Spoon.
