Bistro Menil Loire Valley Wine Dinner October 25th

Paired with our friends at French Country Wines, our Loire Valley wine dinner will feature an organic Pouilly-Fumé paired with an amuse bouche of asparagus soup with piave crostini and an appetizer of seared sea scallops with marjoram infused carrot juice reduction.

An organic Cabernet Franc from the heart of AOC Chinon will make its Texas debut paired beautifully with our grilled lamb chops with beet risotto and a mint demi reduction.

For dessert, a delicate raspberry clafoutis topped with whipped, sweet crème fraîche will be heavenly matched with a 12-year-old Vouvray with stunning floral and honey notes.
