Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Houston is hosting the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Dinner, a multi-course beverage-pairing dinner created by five of Houston’s top chefs.

• Manage “Chef Hori” Horiuchi | Kata Robata
• Hugo Ortega | Hugo’s Restaurant, Backstreet Café and Caracol
• Marie LeNôtre | Culinary Institute LeNôtre

The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30pm, followed by dinner, and then concluding with an after party in the hotel’s lobby lounge.

There will also be a celebrity chef photo booth and a raffle which will include Four Seasons getaways and dinners at local restaurants.

Cost for the dinner is $150 per person plus tax and gratuity; $140 for James Beard Foundation members. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 713-276-4700.
